雅克-温明登 Jacques van MINDEN
 Mr. Jacques van Minden is currently President of the Cercle Franco-Chinois (French-Chine Societe), a well-known and influential social activist and economist in Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region who has done a great deal of work and contributed to the promotion of political, economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between France and China. First came to China in 1956, and by 2020 he had visited China more than 200 times, and he had a very friendly and solid network of communication and relations with the business community of greater China politics (Mao Zedong Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping, Hu Jintao and other older generations and current leaders have personally met him), and he is also the leader and honorary leader of the following well-known organizations:
